Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for client onboarding technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features.
• Prioritize product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all product development activities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for client onboarding technology solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Around 7 - 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on client onboarding or related technology solutions in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experienced gained from either Retail / Private Banking or Wealth Management especially in the banking domain is an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
