Job Duties:

• Design and develop system applications.
• Manage application development life cycle.
• Collect and analyze user requirements.
• Conduct system functional design and UAT.
• Collaborate with system analysts.
• Ensure IT security and compliance.
• Lead and manage IT projects.

Requirements:

• University degree / Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 7+ years in application development.
• Proficient in functional and database design, project management.
• Programming knowledge in JAVA or RPG preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOp preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
