Requirements:

• Certificate or higher education
• 2+ years in Customer Service (Retail/Ecommerce industry)
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Fluent in Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Support daily online operations: follow up purchasing orders, good delivery, inventory record
• Update new products & promotions
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Assist in marketing events
• Provide excellent customer service
