The Job:
- In charge of the full spectrum of fundraising and communications duties of the Organization
- Formulate and implement a strategic fundraising and marketing plan and calendar
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with donors and corporate partners
- Manage website and social media platforms
- Maintain donor database
- Report to Executive Director and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
The Person:
- Degree holder in marketing or communications
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in fundraising and event management
- Experience in executing large-scale charity event a plus
- Knowledge of new media and digital marketing
- Familiar with design and editing software a definite advantage
- Solid exposure to media relations or corporate affairs preferable
- Creative and able to convert ideas into realities
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Remarkable presentation and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediately available highly preferable
