Role and Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the foundational configuration tasks of our exchange business, including user engagement, product listing and delisting, fee rate setting, and announcement publishing.
• Apply your professional knowledge and experience to ensure that our exchange operations comply with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Preference will be given to graduates from overseas institutions or domestic 211 universities, with a bachelor's degree or above.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, capable of using it as a working language for business communication and report writing.
• Background: 5-8 years of operational experience, with a background in compliance exchange licensed operations, familiar with financial regulatory frameworks and exchange operation processes.
• Exchange Business Basic Configuration: Primarily responsible for the basic configuration of exchange business operations, including but not limited to user engagement, product listing and delisting, fee rate setting, and announcement publishing.
• Project Management: Able to independently manage projects, ensuring timely completion and achieving desired outcomes.
• Teamwork and Communication: Good team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
