We are a Japan-based textile laboratory looking for a candidate with below responsibilities:

  • follow up with orders & samples;
  • handle customers' enquiries by phone & email;
  • coordinate with lab teams for testing arrangement;
  • require minimal physical duties including unpacking of test samples

Requirements:

  • Candidates with min. 1 year of working experience in clerical or customer servicing field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Japanese. Mandarin is an advantage.
