Associate – Tier 1 Tech Fund | Hong Kong

• Work in a fast-paced, lean team with a global investment mandate , reporting directly to the Head of Portfolio and Public Markets .
• Potential travel to Europe for market research, due diligence, and investor engagements.

They are seeking an Associate to support public market portfolio management, contributing to high-impact research and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models.
• Analyze financial results and track investment performance of listed assets.
• Develop financial models, assess business plans, and provide data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior executives to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate

• 4-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking , with a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience working across multiple geographies with a deep understanding of global investment trends.
• Strong financial modeling, research, and presentation skills, with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and industry data sources .
• Results-oriented, intellectually curious , and able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Passionate about the Tech, AI and Consumer Internet space.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
