Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager and lead other systems analyst to work with other Implementation Team members to perform all aspects of SA&D tasks, including collecting user requirements, system analysis and design, documentation, conducting System Acceptance Tests, providing support to customer during the User Acceptance Tests, UAT and performing production rollout
• Conducting analysis, design and implementation of systems
• Studying use cases and collecting user requirements
• Designing data migration and conversion strategies
• Producing system specifications
• Ensuring conformance of software packages with user requirements
• Conducting system testing; and
• Conducting system installation and server maintenance; and
• Possess hands-on experience for web-based application systems implementation.
• Responsible for the overall design of the technical system architecture supporting for the implementation of systems, including the adoption, integration and transition of all related technologies and components as well as selecting technical options and performing system sizing

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6+ Years of IT Experience
• Application Development experience using Java.
• Document writing skill for Hong Kong Government
• PMP or PRICE2 or Professional Scrum Master II
