Job Duties:

• Assess customers' nutritional needs and offer expert advice
• Administer health assessments to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries about products via hotline/WhatsApp and in-store
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and monitor product expiry dates
• Support the shop pharmacist in delivering holistic health services

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Food, Nutrition Science, Dietetics or related disciplines
• Exhibit maturity, compassion, enthusiasm, discipline, and a collaborative spirit
• Show initiative and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, and ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome. Prior experience in retail for a minimum of one year is preferred, preferably in health supplements, vitamins, or weight management products.
