We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help redefine the user journey, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that make navigating the crypto ecosystem effortless for our users.

As a UI/UX Designer at acwires, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, user-centered designs for our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create exceptional user journeys that simplify crypto on/off-ramp transactions. Your designs will play a crucial role in helping users feel confident and secure while engaging with our platform.

User Research & Insights:

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand pain points and improve usability.
• Identify and address user needs, ensuring the platform is inclusive and accessible to a broad audience.

Design & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, user workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex crypto processes.
• Design intuitive navigation and layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers to align designs with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating your thought process clearly.

Optimization:

• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
• Maintain consistency across the platform by adhering to brand guidelines and creating reusable design components.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of designing user-centric products with measurable impact.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Strong ability to translate complex processes into simple, elegant user interfaces.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and advocate for design solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for innovation and a user-first mindset.

• Experience designing for SaaS and Web3 related platforms.
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
