Role:

We are seeking motivated individuals to help build, support, and maintain our high-availability, low-latency infrastructure. As a Systems Engineer in our HK office, you will provide support, troubleshoot issues with our software engineers, and create scalable solutions to maintain our daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experience with Linux systems and server administration
• Familiarity with VMWare and cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)
• Knowledge of network routing
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
• Passion for computers and technology

Pluses:

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, BASH, Perl, Lua)
• Familiarity with Cisco devices
• Familiarity with monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana)
• Experience with MySQL or similar databases
• Knowledge of enterprise storage (DAS, NAS, SAN)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle Linux server administration and automation tasks (OS installations, host configurations, etc.)
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and deploy monitoring solutions
