Job Description:
- Assist in providing full spectrum of secretarial support including but not limited to manage Top Management's schedule, handle correspondence, telephone calls, arrange appointments and wide range of administrative activities
- Assist in coordination with external and internal parties, such as various departments, offices, clients, suppliers and other staff
- Organize, maintain and update office files and records
- Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required
Requirements:
- Diploma / Certificate in Business Studies or related discipline
- 1 years or above prior work experiences in secretarial and administrative field
- Fresh graduates with previous internship experience will be also considered
- Good in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong in communication and organizing skills
- Hard working, proactive, diligent and presentable
- Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 30 w.p.m.)
