Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new prospect via telephone and email
• Follow-up on qualifying leads and conduct research to identify potential clients
• Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts
• Move clients to the next step in the sales process
• Escalate any issues to Team Manager 
• Work in with Sales Teams to grow the sales pipeline
• Responsible for inbound customer enquiries, prepare Quotation, order taking;
• Develop strong relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty;
• Support Sales team for daily operation

Job Requirements:

• DSE/HKCEE graduated or above
• Experience in telemarketing/ customer services 
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge in computer products/IT solution is a definite asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
