Manager, Business Development (Contract Logistics)
Identify new business opportunities to maintain strong pipeline in accordance to company direction and strategy, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting
Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers and key decision makers to secure business
Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financials KPI
Prepare & deliver professional presentations, marketing materials, solutions, quotations and biddings
Keep smooth communications with customers, operation team and management, ensuring operational excellence
Preferably with E-commerce / B2C Distribution Sales background, particularly in Consumer & Retails Verticals
Job Requirements
Degree holder with a minimum 5 years of professional Sales function in Contract Logistics/ Transport/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Solutions Industry
Able to identify business opportunity and good market knowledge in Hong Kong & South China Area
Proven sales track record and pipeline, demonstrate success in developing new businesses
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
Strong multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure
Problem solving and Team player
Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
