Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the insurance brokerage firm.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements set by the Insurance Authority (IA).
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of license applications to the Insurance Authority (IA).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide professional advice and recommendations on insurance products and services.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Current holder of RO license of an insurance broker company.
  • Strong relationship with leading insurers in Hong Kong, able to obtain reference letters from insurers.
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework and requirements of the Insurance Authority (IA).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
