Sales Executive /Senior Sales Wholesalers/eCommerce (Japan Health Supplement)

Job Highlights

• Solid sales experience in Health supplement/ Beauty care retail industry  

● Monitor sales performance and inventory level

● Follow up orders, planning & coordinating

Responsibilities:

● Develop and sales strategies to acquire potential B2B customers to achieve the monthly sales target

● Proactively build up and maintain good and long-term business relationships with customers to ensure business performance growth

● Develop and implement a digital promotion strategy aligned with overall category strategy and objectives and group commercial plan

• Ensure a detailed online platform and digital activity plan with frequent change of communication promotions and events based a consumer type and flow
• Work with on-line Team to ensure product launches are in sync
• Create an enduring brand message that results in increasing sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
• Plan & develop commercial & pricing strategy of digital and overall chain stores and eCommerce promotion
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2years solid sales experience in Health supplement/ Beauty care retail industry  
• Good understanding in category management and recommend effective product range optimization 
• Strong Communication and negotiations skills with proven track record of successful relationships with customers
• Strong leaderships and problem solving skills and independent
• Positive work attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Business acumen and very good at figures and data analysis
• Well-versed in excel and powerpoint
• Strong communication in written and spoken English, Japanese with mandarin an advantage
