Sales Executive /Senior Sales Wholesalers/eCommerce (Japan Health Supplement)
Job Highlights
- Solid sales experience in Health supplement/ Beauty care retail industry
● Monitor sales performance and inventory level
● Follow up orders, planning & coordinating
Responsibilities:
● Develop and sales strategies to acquire potential B2B customers to achieve the monthly sales target
● Proactively build up and maintain good and long-term business relationships with customers to ensure business performance growth
● Develop and implement a digital promotion strategy aligned with overall category strategy and objectives and group commercial plan
- Ensure a detailed online platform and digital activity plan with frequent change of communication promotions and events based a consumer type and flow
- Work with on-line Team to ensure product launches are in sync
- Create an enduring brand message that results in increasing sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
- Plan & develop commercial & pricing strategy of digital and overall chain stores and eCommerce promotion
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2years solid sales experience in Health supplement/ Beauty care retail industry
- Good understanding in category management and recommend effective product range optimization
- Strong Communication and negotiations skills with proven track record of successful relationships with customers
- Strong leaderships and problem solving skills and independent
- Positive work attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- Business acumen and very good at figures and data analysis
- Well-versed in excel and powerpoint
- Strong communication in written and spoken English, Japanese with mandarin an advantage
