Trumptech is seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Sales Manager/Senior Executive or Senior Business Development Executive to join our team . This full-time position is crucial in supporting our continued growth and expansion within the digital education services industry.

Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Executive

• Manage and coach a team of sales professional to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Introduce different programmes to Schools
• To perform daily sales operations such as quotation preparations, proposals and presentation
• Maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and ensure smooth coordination and execution of the projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and client needs
• Support company events  

Senior BD Executive

• To plan and develop new business opportunities with Schools
• To drive business development activity in line with business plans
• Maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers
• Work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth coordination and execution of the projects

Requirement

• High diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in Business Development / Sales roles 
• Willing to learn and take new challenges, positive can-do attitude
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese 
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Fresh graduates, and applicants from different industries are welcomed
