What you’ll be doing?

  • Oversee and manage the entire global human resources cycle, including human resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training programs
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives, including taking charge of annual organization structuring, HR strategy development, and budget planning to foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement
  • Manage and update global human resources policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and advise management on HR-related matters
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including payroll management, and provide support in resolving payroll-related issues
  • Coordinate company events and staff activities and Oversee employee relations to foster a positive work culture
  • Manage general administrative tasks, such as office supplies procurement, facilities management, travel arrangements, insurance coordination, and office renovation projects
  • Monitor and control costs and expenses to optimize resource allocation
  • Review and negotiate contracts and agreements of administrative functions
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR and administrative functions
     

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Preferably with experience in fashion retail
  • Background in multinational corporations (MNCs) or publicly listed companies is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HK employment ordinances and HR practices
  • Knowledge of the Taiwan Employment Ordinance would be an advantage
  • Detail-minded and well-organized with a strong numerical sense
  • Independent, Flexible, Self-motivated, Positive & multi-tasking
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in office software and systems, including MS Office, HRIS
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing demands
