Responsibilities:

• Assist project team to handle contractual related issues and payment certifications;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project claim’s issues;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontractors’ payments, etc.;
• You are responsible for handling any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

  Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably in building construction field;
• With professional qualification is required;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated;
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently;
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, able to tackle problems in a positive way.
• Candidates with  less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
