• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software, Communications, Electronics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in network construction and operation management with carriers, system integrators, or large/mid-sized enterprises; familiarity with operating systems, servers, storage, and virtualization; ability to independently complete project implementation and documentation.
• Proficient in network technologies and protocols such as ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VXLAN, and WLAN.
• Skilled in Huawei's NE, CE, S, AR series network products, USG/Eudemon security products, AP/AC wireless products, and NCE/eSight network management products; capable of independent installation, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in network monitoring and performance tuning; deep understanding of network protocol analysis and proficient in analyzing protocols; ability to troubleshoot network and application issues, optimize network structure and performance, and provide rational suggestions for applications.
• Experience in network automation programming with languages like Python; capable of developing scripts independently; familiarity with Ansible, Solarwinds, and JIRA (some knowledge required).
• Strong learning and communication skills; good team collaboration spirit.
• Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Cantonese proficiency preferred.
• HCIE AND CCIE proficiency preferred.
