This is an exciting opportunity to join the Talents team as a Consultant supporting HR initiatives with specialties in activities surrounding talent acquisition for HKSTP. We are seeking a dedicated professional to participate in best in class practices and attract top talent to the Science Park ecosystem.
The appointee will provide professional and proactive support to pipeline and recruit talent , to find niche candidates in today’s highly competitive, challenging market. We are highly motived, energetic and adaptive to changes within the business on strategic hiring initiatives.
The Position
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate experience, including coordination of interview scheduling, offer negotiation and onboarding
• Ability to design, execute, and implement hiring plans to drive HKSTP recruitment campaigns and various collaboration programmes with local and oversea universities
• Provide professional inputs and support in talent strategies to recruit and engage talents
• Build and create a unique and appealing working culture within HKSTP in support of the development of the entire I&T ecosystem
• Consult with internal HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and Business Leads on latest recruiting trends.
• Develop and maintain key relationship and partnership with local universities, arrange campus recruitment fairs and career workshops to bring in young talents for executive & summer intern program.
• Educate stakeholders on best hiring and interview practices.
• Ad-hoc projects as required.
The Candidate
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
• Minimum 15 years’ full spectrum regional recruiting experience, gained in a sizeable and fast growing organization (agency/search in IT and Fintech industries a good addition)
• Proficiency using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and ATS tool is required.
• Hands-on experience in supporting recruitment campaigns with good network in local and overseas universities
• A self-motivated team player with a proactive, responsible, and positive working attitude; being passionate about people and talent
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking capabilities
• An effective communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin and Cantonese
