Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to account management and report preparation.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle tax and financial matters, including tax filing and audit coordination.
• Liaise with external parties (e.g., banks, auditing firms) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Assist the finance team with other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; experience in the mining or resources industry is preferred.
• Experience in auditing at a large accounting firm is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; good written and spoken English.
• Proficient in reading and writing Chinese and English documents.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience working in multinational corporations or multicultural environments.
• Experience in financial analysis or budget management.
