Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-hatted hardware and software skill set required:
• 1. See Incident Technician Role ·
• 2. See ISM Technician role.
• 3. Local contact for ETS partners e.g., escort vendors in comms rooms on behalf of Enterprise Network Services (ENS)

Purpose:
Provides on-site technical support for hardware and software incidents and requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
