Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Facilitate discussions with project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify, assess, and report project risks.
• Oversee test management and defect management processes.
• Prepare and present status reports, including KPI and metric tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience with life insurance products.
• At least 6 years of experience in a test management role.
• Proficiency in using JIRA.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in Chinese and English.
• Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies.
• Expertise in mobile testing.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of automation and performance testing is preferred
