Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment, assist with space operations and ensure highest level of member’s experience and satisfaction. 
 

Responsibilities
 

• Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, recognize members and manage mail & deliveries;
• Be the first point of contact of members, handle daily enquires and solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community;        
• Assist with event planning and logistic;
• Assist to create promotion materials and distribute through social media channels;
• Ensure the overall neatness and tidiness of the space;
• Assist to monitor office supplies inventory;
• Support general office administration and clerical duties;

Requirements
 

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
• Customer services oriented;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
• Passion for entrepreneurial / Startup communities;
• Presentable, creative, courteous and a responsible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidates with experience in coworking environment are strongly preferred;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Community Associate;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Working Location : Kwun Tong or Tseung Kwan O District;
