Job Description :

• Handling fundraising inquiries from various channels, including telephone calls and emails
  
• Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives with corporate partners
  
• Liaise with donors and potential partners to explore cooperation opportunities
  
• Assist in preparing donor communication materials, funding proposals, and presentations
  
• Assist in planning and executing different scales of fundraising events, including Charity Gala Dinner
  
• Explore, initiate, and assist in developing new donation channels and maintain donor database
  
• Saturday / Public holiday work maybe required, with Compensation Leave

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines
  
• At least 3 years working experience in the field of marketing, communications and / or event management. Work Experience in NGO is an advantage
  
• Detail-minded, good analytical skills and able to work independently
  
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet expected timelines
  
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient writing skill is a must
  
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
