Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Process and analyze large data sets to uncover opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and maximizing customer value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
Degree holder in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role, with experience in the life insurance industry being a plus.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python).
Strong understanding of data pipeline, data wrangling, data transformation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
