Head of Business Development (Agency / Distribution / LIFE INSURANCE) required for a leading global Life insurer. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join at leadership level!

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of products within health & protection - wide range of products, distributed through agency channel
• Partner with distributors to attract more business and identify new opportunities
• Act as the link between distribution, agency, product and operations
• Lead a large team - 30 people (direct / indirect)
  
  

Requirements

• 15+ years relevant experience
• Life Insurance background: health and protection, wealth products
• Business development and sales management ability
• Strong experience managing agency distribution channel
• Strong team management experience
