We are looking to hire a Junior Communications Associate - Investor Relations


TEC are looking to hire a Junior Communications Associate to join our Investment Management team. The ideal candidate assist in managing and updating TEC’s presentation materials for Board Members, potential investors, landlords and clients. The Communications Associate will work within TEC’s Investment Management team to ensure that all documentation with investors and clients are clear, concise, and effective.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the development and production of investor presentations and materials, including pitch decks, investor fact sheets, and other collateral
  • Update pitch decks and other materials to reflect the latest company developments, financial performance, and market trends
  • Ensure that all investor communication materials are accurate and consistent
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key messages and themes for investor presentations
  • Maintain a library of investor communication materials and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Manage and oversee the development of the TEC pitch deck which will constantly need to be updated as the business evolves
  • Build and develop research reports to be shared in pitch decks and amongst internal stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling investor presentations and materials
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with different departments
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
