Description

  • Drive operational efficiency and excellence while aligning strategies with the company's vision and goals.

  • Lead financial and regulatory audit management processes, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accuracy in financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Coordinate and oversee project management initiatives, optimizing workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve operational objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in global financial regulations, staying abreast of industry developments and guiding the company's compliance efforts.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to uphold a robust governance framework and promote a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create informative dashboards, analyze key performance indicators, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Leverage a strong background in technology or systems operations to optimize operational systems, enhance automation, and drive efficiencies across the organization.
  • Direct subsidiary management experience, harmonizing operational practices and standards across global entities to drive consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations consulting/management, preferably in international financial institutions or crypto companies.
  • Proven track record of managing external and internal stakeholders, overseeing audits, and leading operational projects to successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in global financial regulations, policies, and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a strong internal control environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with a results-oriented approach to operational management.
  • Strong understanding of crypto industry practices and technologies is a plus
