Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting and finance related duties including handling daily accounts receivable and payable;Prepare vouchers, debit notes & cheque payments
• Process data input in Kingdee accounting system
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports, fixed asset register & bank reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain month-end and year-end closing with schedules, year-end audit
• Prepare and analysis financial statements
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with minimum 4 years accounting experience in catering, industry preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, accurate of work, able to work in fast pace environment
• Stable working history
• Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with Kingdee accounting software and experience in system implementation/ enhancement is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
