Job Description:

• Participate in fund of funds investments, focusing on fund selection, analysis, and due diligence. Prepare detailed fund due diligence reports.

• Manage post-investment relationships with funds, assist in fund subscription and redemption processes, and conduct light travel to meet with fund managers and investors. Maintain strong relationships with invested and monitored funds.

• Conduct fundamental research, financial analysis, data sourcing, and modelling to support the CEO directly on fund of funds and other asset classes, including equities, hedge funds, and alternative investments.

• Collaborate with various parties, including third-party advisors, traders, prime brokers, private bankers, invested funds, and investors to address ad hoc issues.

• Assist in marketing the asset management platform to prospective investors, including institutions, UHNW individuals, and family offices, and support pre-marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience in fund of hedge funds or as a hedge fund allocator is highly preferable. Solid professional experience in sell-side or buy-side equity or fixed income research, fund of funds, family office, or asset management. Fresh graduates with strong self-motivation and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.

• Degree from a TOP global university. CFA/CPA/FRM qualifications are highly desirable, with a minimum CFA Level II or a degree in finance, economics, or accounting.

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and Excel for professional financial analysis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Strong work ethic.
