We are currently in search of an exceptional individual to fill the role of Sales Manager at our rapidly expanding technology-focused firm. The successful candidate will possess a robust technical background in addition to proven sales expertise, ideally within the SaaS or B2B tech sectors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading our sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and nurturing a dynamic sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate new markets and cultivate business opportunities in the tech industry.
  • Oversee the achievement of sales objectives, ensuring they are in line with the company's strategic direction and growth goals.
  • Serve as the principal sales contact for major accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training curriculum tailored to equip new hires with the necessary technical and sales skills to excel.
  • Direct and empower the sales team, promoting a high standard of professionalism and proficiency that stimulates sales efforts and effective account management.
  • Maintain complete transparency throughout the sales pipeline, providing clear visibility into each phase of development to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with key clients, both externally and internally, to bolster the company's market position.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, with a significant portion of that in a leadership role within the tech industry.
  • Strong background in technical sales, with a preference for candidates with SaaS or B2B tech sales expertise.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical acumen coupled with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proven track record in collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, especially within a sales team.
  • Proficiency in Putonghua, English, and Cantonese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
