Fujian Highton Development Co., Ltd., was established in March 2009 and listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2023 (SH.603612). Fujian Highton has 50 owned and 20 long-term chartered bulk carriers ranging from Supramax to Capesize. Dai An Ocean Shipping Limited found in 2024 is the chartering and operating arm for Fujian Highton.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartering Manager at Dai An located in Hong Kong SAR. The Chartering Manager will be responsible for trading freight, chartering in and out vessels, negotiating freight and time-charter contracts, develop relationships with cargo customers, shipowners and brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, graduates from maritime colleges are preferred
• Able to calculate voyage PnL estimation and plan for execution
• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin is essential
• Strong understanding over voyage and Time charterparty terms
• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas
• 2 years+ related working experience in brokershop, drybulk shipowners or operator required.
• Have good connections and customer resources is a plus

租船业务經理

岗位职责：负责开展以大宗商品揽货和租船为主的国际租船运输业务；

负责航次租船效益估算、运费核算；

开展租船业务，洽谈租约条款；

维护客户和开拓市场等。

岗位要求：大学本科及以上学历，海事类院校毕业优先；

中英雙語良好优先；

熟悉期租、航次期租、程租的租约和条款；

可接受经常加班和出差；

两年以上工作经验，有Broker公司、OP公司、散货船公司或相关工作经历，有较好的人脉和行业资源优先。
