We are actively looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team.  

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts. 
• Help oversee and manage the accounts for our firm under the director's purview 
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes. 
• Manage tax preparation and compliance, including sales tax, income tax, and other regulatory filings. 
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation. 
• Support the accounts team for development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. 

Qualifications: 

• Preferred candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience.  
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA or CMA certification preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Fluency in English is a must and Mandarin is a plus
