Our client is a develop securities businesses addressed to the investors in Hong Kong as well as the surrounding Asian nations company. She is seeking a Settlement & Accounting Manager to join their friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full set of accounting processing (Type 1, 4), monthly reconciliation, monthly and annual reports
• Cooperate with the audit to complete the annual audit of the company
• To ensure smooth settlement on global equity markets, funds and OTC derivatives include BOND etc
• Cash management, remittance, FX and client money segregation
• To supervise and check all products settlement instructions
• Responsible for internal reconciliation and follow-up
• Deliver timely and accurate reports and data entries
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least LCCI Level 3 passed
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in Accounting & Settlement, have securities firms back office working experience is MUST
• Fluent in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in MS Word & Excel experience is highly preferred
• Mature, independent, proactive, responsible, smart and detail-oriented
• Stable employment history and good team-player is MUST
• Good communication skills among team members and third parties
• Able to work under a dynamic environment, with strong emphasis on team work
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
