To support our growth in the Asian market, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.


Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager for the Asia region, you will be responsible for driving the company’s business growth in the Asian market, developing and maintaining client relationships, and formulating effective market entry strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our products and services meet the needs of the local market.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the Asia-Pacific market, generating/increasing revenue through new clients and existing partner accounts to achieve business growth goals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Actively expand the client base of introducing brokers and affiliates.
  • Assist clients and partners with account opening and account management issues.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, analyze industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and promptly report the latest information to the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote brand awareness and marketing activities, including attending industry conferences and events to represent the company.
  • Regularly report business development progress and market analysis results to management.
  • Build your team to enhance KPIs, set monthly business KPIs for yourself and the team, and take responsibility for your team's performance.
  • Collect and organize weekly reports from team members and send them to management every Sunday.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of business development or sales experience in the financial services industry (e.g., B2B, forex, CFD brokerage, or cryptocurrency), with a strong understanding of Asian market dynamics. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Manager/ Team Leader/ Regional Manager (the title is open to discussion).
  • Market Insight: Excellent business insight and market analysis skills, with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the Asian financial market.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in major social media platforms, able to creatively promote the brand and products.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with CRM systems and other business development tools to enhance efficiency and client management capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of target clients, competitors, and industry trends, capable of providing market entry strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform excellently in a fast-paced environment, with good self-management skills and a flexible team spirit.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional written and spoken in English and Chinese. Speakers in Mandarin or Cantonese would be in advance.
  • Location: Remote work, with a preference for candidates residing in Asia (regions not limited).
  • Personal Traits: Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a strong drive for self-improvement.
