A reputable investment bank is seeking for an equity capital market support analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. This person will be a bridge between investment bank and sales and trading, providing bespoke capital structure solution to clients. This is a 1-year renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• work with equity sales, trading and research to discuss sector and stock specific trends as well as investor insights
• liaise with investment banking coverage and pblic equity teams
• create and analyze financial models
• prepare pitch books
• support equity capital market team on marketing and excution of offerings such as IPO, capital increases and sell down of shares
• attend client meetings and deliver presentations where necessary

Key Skills:

• bachelor or master's degree from well recognized universities
• 1 - 4 years work experience in equity capital markets or similar roles
• strong knowledge in market trend analysis experience, follows the market very closely
• excellent communication and written skills
• must speak Mandarin
• proactive
• team player
