Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop in Charge, located in Hong Kong SAR.

The Shop in Charge will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing staff.

This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of the retail business.

• Retail Management and Inventory Management skills
• Customer Service and Team Management skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and Organizational skills
• Experience in the lifestyle industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
