Project Officer [Project period: 1 year contract]

We are seeking an experienced project officer to co-ordinate the development and implementation of the Kuk’s funded educational service projects. This position offers a 1-year contract with the potential for renewal based on project needs. The key responsibilities will include

• (a) manage and facilitate smooth implementation of an environmental education project aimed at engaging kindergarten and primary students, teachers and parents;
• (b) liaise with affiliated kindergartens and primary schools, project partners, donors and auditors;
• (c) monitor and evaluate project activities and outcomes
• (d) prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders;
• (e) ensure compliance with funding requirements and organisation policies;
• (f) prepare promotional materials for social media and publications;
• (g) handle administrative duties;
• (h) other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines, with minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Attentive to details
• Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of social media will be an advantage
