Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day first line end-user support
- Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance for network and existing system
- Responsible for system administration of Windows PC/server platforms, LAN network service and VPN service
- Setup of Outlook, Lotus Notes Account and Confidential Mail System (CMS)
- To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in infrastructure support and management
- Experience in use of Lotus Notes or Outlook mail technical support is essential
- Strong knowledge and solid skill in Networking such as LAN network services, wireless network services, Virtual Private Network services
- Proficiency in user support such as iPhone/iPad, Android devices, mobile email services and video conference support
