We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Associate with a focus on sales and marketing within the wound and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wound care products, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive product adoption and support our sales and marketing initiatives in the wound care sector. No selling is required.
Responsibilities:
Assist and collaborate with our marketing team in wound care promotional materials, sales tools and online platform production.
Provide solid product knowledge and technical support in wound care products to customers, healthcare professionals, and sales teams.
Assist in researching and identifying potential wound care users in coordination with the sales team.
Conduct product briefings and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of wound care products.
Equip with necessary and updated medical information to provide internal training for sales & marketing team and strengthen product knowledge.
Represent the company at local industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to promote products and build brand awareness.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Sciences and Marketing is preferred. (Fresh graduate is welcome.)
Proven experience in a sales or marketing role within the medical device or healthcare industry will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
Demonstrated success in presentation, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in designing sales tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator etc.) and online marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, events, and exhibitions.
Passion for improving patient outcomes and making a positive impact in healthcare.
Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
