Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties for accounts receivables function, monitoring the payment status, sending reminders, and following up on customer payments.
• Perform daily accounting duties for accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate booking and settlement
• Responsible for regular month-end closing report activities
• Maintain transaction records, breakdown, filing system on accounting and operations areas to ensure accurate input.  
• Closely work with other team members to ensure effective overall performance.
• Perform general operations duties.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties, projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• 2-year or above relevant working experience;
• Willing to learn, responsible, good initiative, able to work independently and efficiently;
• Detail-oriented, accurate, patient, good communication skills, good team player;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• MYOB experience preferred but not a must;
• Able to read, write and type English & Chinese.
