Assist in providing all rounded human resources duties, such as recruitment and selection, payroll calculation, leave administration, new staff orientation, etc.
Maintain accurate staff record data and to ensure on time collection of attendance data
Prepare uniforms and staff identification cards for factory staff
Office and Factory equipment and supplies control
Perform daily and regular office management and administration duties
Support the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department
Requirement:
Minimum 1 years of solid experience in Human Resources and Administration field
Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources / Administration or related discipline
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations
Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
A proactive learner with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and be a good team player
Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
