• HK$ 25,000 to HK$ 50,000 monthly salary ( Above Market Rate)  + Competitive Bonus 
• 3 New Building Projects Awarded ( Housing / ASD / Private Residential) 
• Site Based in Kowloon / Hong Kong Island areas
• AL starting from 16 days 
• Medical Full Coverage 

Our client is a Market Leading Main Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got 3 new building projects awarded and the work will be started. To be successful in this role you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in QS field in contractor/ consultant firm
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior QS
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
