Manage a property portfolio of commercial buildings and work closely with various management companies
Work closely with the building-in-charges to ensure the quality of services delivered to our clients and tenants
Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquires from tenants
Assist to prepare the proposal for new business opportunities
Attend regular meetings with various management companies
Review quotations
Monitor the various building works
Visit sites/offices with potential tenants/buyers
Participate in various ad hoc projects / assignments, either independently or as a member of a team
Requirements:
Degree holder in real estate, building management or related discipline
3 - 4 years relevant work experience in sizable property management company
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills
Initiative and able to work independently
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents Licence will be a definite advantage
