[Job Description]

• Manage media and public relations efforts, driving effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Collaborate with the supervisor or project leader in strategic planning and execution of project, ensuring their successful completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with media, social media platforms, and clients.
• Facilitate team members to deliver high-quality work and result
• Utilize your exceptional writing skills to draft captivating copy for various projects.
• Coordinate and liaise with third-party stakeholders, including working partners, vendors, designers, KOLs, YouTubers, bloggers etc.
• Handle administrative tasks, gifts packing arrangement and ensure the smooth delivery of project-related materials.
• Take on other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

[Job Requirement]

• Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related disciplines 
• Proven experience in media/public relations, event management, digital media management, project execution, or related field with at least 2-3 years
• Proficiency in managing media relationships, social media platforms, and client interactions.
• Strong organizational, presentation, communication, problem-solving, multitasking abilities and analytical skills, with the capability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Independent, creative, proactive, confident, self-motivated mindset and with a keen eye for details
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skill and cheerful character
• Have “Can-do” attitude and able to work under pressure to meet tight working schedule
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
