Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the team, driving success through comprehensive cost management from feasibility studies to post-contract cost control. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Planning & Estimation: Oversee cost planning and estimation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Reviews: Produce detailed estimates and budget reviews across diverse sectors.
- Client & Stakeholder Analysis: Collect, analyse, and define the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting & Benchmarking: Generate analysis and benchmarking reports to promote value for money and identify cost trends and drivers.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all reported data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Innovation: Champion innovation within the organization and on the client side.
- Tool Development: Lead the development of tools that integrate data, dashboards, and outputs for unit cost analyses.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Professional Qualifications: MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status is desirable but not essential.
- Sector Experience: Multi-sector background in consultancy or construction, with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Contract Knowledge: Good knowledge of principal standard forms of building contracts.
- Professional Attitude: A professional and compassionate approach.
