Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support product development from conceptual design to project confirmation, motivating the successful market launch of innovative products.
• Conduct market research and analysis, brainstorm ideas, design and propose technical solutions, test and evaluate prototypes, and analyze patents.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, various departments, and vendors to support new product development, reporting directly to the team manager.
• As a team leader and team player, manage multiple projects independently in a result-oriented manner to meet task deadlines and project goals.
• Lead junior and mid-level engineers, mentor and guide teammates, and fostering team spirit and teamwork.
• Stay updated on global products, technologies, components, and manufacturing techniques, applying the knowledge to new product designs.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Master’s in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in small electric appliances development. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a managerial position.
• Creative, energetic, and eager to embrace new challenges, with strong hands-on skills.
• Strong knowledge in the mechanical structure, materials, components, safety standards, and manufacturing of small electric appliances.
• Extensive experience with CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks), Office365.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Travel Requirements :

• Travel to China as required.
