Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant with strong experience in providing comprehensive support to director for business activities and personal matters. This role will involve frequent travel with the director for business trips and client-related events in Asia, Australia, Europe and USA.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Director’s calendar, including schedule appointments, meetings, also as a liaise point.
  • Provide comprehensive support to director for business activities and personal matters.
  • Handle domestic and travel arrangement including tickets, transportation, accommodation, restaurants.
  • Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial support include coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, agendas and business reports and daily message reply.
  • Administrative work including expense claim, reimbursement matter, archive and documentation.
  • Accompany director to attend business events, seminars and business trip often.
  • Handle emergency situation and handle allergy symptoms.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business or related discipline
  • Clinical experience is preferred with medical knowledge (e.g. Allergy)
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in personal assistant/secretary
  • Willing to travel to different countries
  • Excellent presentation skills and organization skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Well organized, detail minded and calm. Think of the best solution
  • Immediately available is preferred
